Rickey was on time, professional, easy to talk with, and I was comfortable having him in my home. He knew how to do the job ( attaching a headboard ) and had the tools that he needed. He went to get different bolts after realizing that the company sent some that I did not feel were sturdy enough. He did a fantastic job. You should try to get him often.
