This guy is awesome, he put up our huge vanity mirror and put in all the lightbulbs even took the whole thing out of its packaging and threw it in the dumpster outside. He had a super cool tool kit and when he was finished he asked if there was anything else he could do which was great since I did want some other things put up but I wasn't sure if he would do it since I didn't put it on the job description. Great job hanging three large mirrors (one very large), two pictures and a magnetic knife strip all in hard, pre-war plaster walls. Ivan was fast, polite and very thorough--with careful measurements at every step. Not only was this faster than if we had tried to hang these items ourselves (and everything is hung more securely), but we had no family arguments (a common outcome when we attempt such work).
