Universal City Home Cleaning

We have two small cats. Please leave all doors and windows closed at all times so they do not get out.

Clean vinyl wood plank floors, porcelain tile, baseboards, wipe blinds, dust with pledge, clean mirrors, # bathrooms and kitchen. No carpets.

We do NOT have a vacuum cleaner, just a robot. Please bring your own equipment and supplies. Wife is pregnant so preference for green/safe chemicals, but not required.

I have # tiny dogs that bark at first, but they are harmless. this is an apt complex so if you need me to let you in, please call or text.

We have two cats. Don't worry about the litter box in the back bathroom shower.

I have parrots. Don't go in that room. Upstairs only clean the bathroom. Don't clean the cast iron pans.

We have a cat. Please keep doors shut at all times. He will try to sneak out.

I have a dog. We have a lot of clutter. Please DO NOT throw anything out without asking owner. Please DO NOT throw out papers. Please Do Not throw out any grocery bags filled with things.

No need to do my dishes of course, nor take out the trash. It’s been a while since I’ve had regular cleanings so floors and surfaces are going to need some love.
