William showed up on time and did a great job of putting together our shelf. He was nice and talkative which I enjoyed. He also did a great job of cleaning up after the styrofoam that came and unavoidably came out of the box into the carpet. He also pointed out an issue with the shelf for which I received money back. Very thorough and took his time. I highly recommend him and would book him again without hesitation in the future.
