Great job hanging three large mirrors (one very large), two pictures and a magnetic knife strip all in hard, pre-war plaster walls. Ivan was fast, polite and very thorough--with careful measurements at every step. Not only was this faster than if we had tried to hang these items ourselves (and everything is hung more securely), but we had no family arguments (a common outcome when we attempt such work).

I was curious if you guys could come back and fix the painting it was hung on a slant and was so high its touching the molding.

He was patient, listened to exactly what I wanted to do, took the time to explain things to me and teach me (e.g., how wall anchors work), went downstairs to his get his car from my building’s valet to get other necessary tools- he was just wonderful.
