I live in CA but have a condo in NYC. It can be very frustrating to find someone to help in jobs and do them well. Miguel's has been attentive and amazing. He can fix anything and is very responsive while doing it. I will not ever work with anyone else. With so much distance from me to my condo, he has placed my mind at ease, several times. 5 stars doesn't even do justice for how happy I am.
