I find Pearl nice and efficient. The place looks and feels clean when she is done. I think she is open to take suggestions and comments. She brings her own supplies and puts clean bags for the garbage pins. I like that she opens some windows to allow for fresh air circulation. I find her vacuum a bit noisy, but this shouldn't matter much as long as it cleans well. I prefer that people don't walk in my house with outside shoes, especially on carpet. It'll be great if Pearl can cover her outside shoes with disposable shoe cover or wear inside shoes.

Joel is very conscientious. He asks questions in order to learn how we'd like things done. We appreciate that.

Always a little tricky working in a new space for the first time but she was super fast, thorough, and I have no complaints what so ever!
