John was incredibly professional, thorough and all around such a nice guy! We will definitely be requesting him again! We paid for a 3-hour cleaning (the app didn’t allow us to shorten this to 2-hours), and the cleaner was finished in 2-hours. He stayed a few minutes longer but the 3-hours was not needed or fulfilled. Please let us know if this can be adjusted for the future as well as the hour credited back to us for this lack of service.

She is unbelievably thorough and goes above and beyond every time. After we had our first child, our guest bedroom was a storage room and she reorganized all our baby supplies into one closet. She made our life that much better and we didn't even have to ask!
