David was very patient with the mixup getting into my building. He also went above and beyond with cleaning my apartment! He's a keeper!

A completely different cleaner than "Filipi" arrived 30 minutes late. Cleaning did not begin until 9am. The cleaner left at 11:45am. So, I only received a 2.75hrs cleaning. The "substitute cleaner" was nice and did an adequate job. I would appreciate an explanation as to why a different cleaner is being used. And a credit for the 1.25hrs of cleaning I did not receive. Thanks.

Carmine is super thorough, polite, responsible, and brings all his own cleaning supplies including a vacuum! He's been our regular cleaner for a while now, and his attention to detail has not waned. Highly recommended! Anyone would be lucky to be the beneficiary of Carmine's expert services!

It feels like I'm walking into my own personal palace after a long day at work on a day that Clarita has worked her magic.

Ali was great! He went above and beyond--folded our clean laundry, took out and vacuumed the old rug. Great! Thank you!
