Monica was a happy surprise! I had not used handy for awhile since the quality of cleaners had gone significantly down and the prices had gone significantly up. Out of desperation I tried them again. I was so happy to find Monica. I will ask for her every time now and if the prices become more reasonable I will use them on a regular basis instead of once in a while and only if Monica is available.

Tracey is reliable, friendly, flexible, and thoughtful. She does great work every clean, and is considerate to work around my schedule if needed. I am grateful to have found her, and can’t thank her enough for her help! Tracy is the BOMB.
