Auburn is extremely responsive to feedback -- I made a list of everything I wanted done, and she nailed all of it! She is also very nice. :)

Resende was not the agent who showed up. He is nornally wonderful but it was not him who cleaned our apartment.

She did a phenomenal job. After some not good experiences I had almost given up on Handy but my faith is restored.
