After some so-so cleanings, Stephanie was the first to really fulfill expectations and leave our house looking like a team of professionals had just come in. I will absolutely be using her again.

The kitchen and bathrooms look great! Vacuuming was ok, but in one room there was a quarter on the floor, so either he didn't vacuum well in that room, or vacuumed around the quarter, which seems unlikely. I was pretty disappointed that my bed wasn't made. I had striped all the old sheets and left the sheets and blankets and pillows on the bed to make the job easier. I can home and everything was still piled on the bed, which isn't a huge deal, but definitely soured my overall impression.

She did a wonderful job! She truly took care of the areas that were my greatest concerns. My floors were especially done well.
