Benito was super nice and eagerly cleaned the apartment. With that said, it doesn't seem like he has a lot of experience or any training. I would call his effort a "surface clean" which is probably fine for most homes, however it's not what I was hoping for with this appointment. He said he was new to the job, so I don't want to hold him responsible. From the looks of it, all the other available "pros" are also new. I will be looking elsewhere in the future and might come back to Handy if I need a high level surface clean of the whole place, until then I'm cancelling my subscription.

I'm amazed at her organizing skills and how much she gets done in the time allotted. And she's very sweet and friendly. Definitely recommend.
