Ray was the second serviceman from Handy in the same day. I found him to be friendly, fast and experienced/knowledgeable. He took great pride in his work and even offered to finish and correct the job of the previous serviceman who was extremely slow and inexperienced. I will only book Ray going forward. I was somewhat skeptical of his high rating but it is well deserved. Handy is lucky this guy hasn’t left and started his own business.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Joan. Our project ended up being a little more complicated than anticipated but Joan was pleasant and communicative the entire time. He installed three new glass panes in our front entryway and because the house is quite old, he meticulously rebuilt each frame so that each pane was properly secured. He went out of his way to help us save some of the old glass which was the original glass from the 60s. Great first experience with Joan and Handy!
