Jenai was so kind to me! I was all over the place finishing a look for a client (I’m a Freelance makeup artist) and aside from that I had a bunch of cousins coming over. I had to book this appointment because it was booked as reoccurring and I forgot about it. I cancelled and realized I was charged so I had to book (otherwise you only get 50% refund in these cases) on a day which I would be home and this day was my only day. I felt so bad because I had all this going on while Jenai tried to clean. She remained calm and professional and did an excellent job regardless of the commotion. I ensured to clear the areas in which she was cleaning in and she completed everything thoroughly. I cannot thank her enough. I will ensure that if I book again her experience wouldn’t be as hectic in my home. Thank you Jenai for all your work and we apologize for the craziness that day. Hope to see you again!

Overall very good but there are parts of the apartment that haven't been cleaned like around the bed, window sills, ornaments.
